Terms and Conditions
The court case event management system is designed to help HMWSSB employees effectively manage and coordinate court case events. The system utilizes Google Calendar to schedule court dates, hearings, and related reminders. This service is intended for internal office use only and is restricted to authorized HMWSSB employees involved in the management of legal cases and proceedings.
Eligibility
This service is available only to HMWSSB employees who are authorized to access the internal court case management system. Access is granted based on your role and responsibilities within HMWSSB, and the use of this system is strictly for official duties related to court cases and legal matters involving HMWSSB.
User Responsibilities
By using the court case event management system, you agree to:
- Use the Service for Official Purposes Only: The system is to be used exclusively for scheduling, updating, and managing court case events related to HMWSSB's legal proceedings. Any misuse of this system for personal purposes or unauthorized activities is prohibited.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when adding court case events to Google Calendar, including case numbers, dates, times, and other relevant event details.
- Confidentiality: As an employee, you must maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information related to court cases, legal proceedings, or other matters accessed through the calendar system. Sharing, disclosing, or using this information for unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.
- Access Control: You are responsible for ensuring that your Google Calendar account is properly secured with a strong password. You must also take precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your calendar events, especially those related to court cases.
Access to Google Calendar and Event Management
- Google Calendar Integration: By using this system, HMWSSB employees agree to the integration of Google Calendar to manage court case events. Event details will be shared with Google’s services to ensure proper calendar functionality. You are required to have a Google account to access these calendar events, and you must manage your Google account securely.
- Event Reminders: The system will automatically send event reminders for court case events. Employees are expected to acknowledge and attend court cases as scheduled. These reminders are for internal purposes only and are intended to ensure compliance with legal deadlines.
Restrictions
- No Personal Use: The court case event management system is strictly for office use. Personal events or any events not related to official HMWSSB business must not be added to the system.
- No Unauthorized Access: You are prohibited from allowing unauthorized persons to access your Google Calendar or the court case event management system. Unauthorized use or sharing of this system or event information is a violation of these Terms.
- Data Integrity: Any manipulation or alteration of court case data, including incorrect event information or misrepresentation of facts, will be considered a breach of these Terms and may result in disciplinary action.
Data Privacy and Security
HMWSSB is committed to ensuring the privacy and security of your data. The personal and court-related information collected for event management is stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Google, as the provider of the calendar service, processes your data under its own privacy policy, and HMWSSB encourages employees to review it here: Google Privacy Policy.
- Employee Data Protection: As an employee, it is your responsibility to ensure that your Google Calendar is kept secure, and to take necessary measures such as using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication for your Google account.
- Confidentiality of Court Data: All court case data and related information must be kept confidential. Unauthorized disclosure, sharing, or misuse of this data could lead to disciplinary measures or legal action.
Termination of Access
HMWSSB reserves the right to revoke or suspend access to the court case event management system at any time. This may occur due to:
- Violation of Terms: Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in termination of access to the service.
- End of Employment: If you are no longer an employee of HMWSSB, your access to the system will be automatically terminated.
Disciplinary Action
Any unauthorized use or violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in disciplinary action, including:
- Revocation of Access: Removal of access to the court case event management system.
- Internal Investigation: Investigation of any misuse or violation of data protection or privacy policies.
- Legal Consequences: In cases of significant breaches, legal action may be taken against the individual.
Changes to These Terms
HMWSSB reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to employees through internal communication channels. Continued use of the system after changes to the Terms and Conditions will constitute acceptance of those changes..
We will have to share your information with respective departments of Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board which will render the requested service. However, we do not sell or rent individual customer names or other Personal Information to third parties for
providing various promotional and other benefits to our customers from time to time.
Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board may disclose the member information if required to
do so by law, court order, as requested by other government or law enforcement authority
in good faith with the belief that disclosure is necessary.
We review our Privacy Policy from time to time, and we may make periodic changes to the
policy in connection with that review. Therefore, you may wish to bookmark this page
and/or periodically review this page to make sure you have the latest version.
